Spacious caravan with fantastic outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a stunning sunrise. Comfortable living area equipped with an electric fire, making the space cozy during cooler nights.
Initial confusion navigating the vast site made locating the caravan tricky. Although the living room’s electric fire helped, radiators didn’t work, leading to cold nights. More hanging space for wet bath towels would be a welcome addition.

Family with children hotspot
During our stay, we were blown away by how well equipped the caravan was! I mean, it had EVERYTHING, even washing up liquid and tea bags! ! The views of the sea were nothing short of spectacular. I took my son outside to see the birds and he was just mesmerized by the cliffside.
It wasn't the cheapest, but honestly it was still acceptable.

We really enjoyed the stunning sea views right from our caravan. The kids loved the close proximity to the cliffs, where we saw flocks of birds flying around, it was just magical! !

happy days holidays was great! the caravan was perfect, spacious and with an amazing outdoor seating area. waking up to a stunning sunrise was the cherry on top. the facilities on site were really good and just a short drive to bempton cliffs where we got to see plenty of seals.
would recommend.
